Before you settle in, we would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at the Pearl of Greenwich. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.
-No parties or events are allowed. Any small gathering is restricted to five people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.
-Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area.
-Noise levels The majority of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
-Garbage area We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet.
